Clinova is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that provides dietitians with client management, diet planning, appointment tracking, and professional website creation. The platform is currently in early access.

2. Use of Service

By using the platform, you agree to the following terms:

• Use only for professional and legal purposes
• Not entering third-party data without the consent of the relevant persons
• Avoiding actions that threaten platform security
• Complying with applicable national and international law

3. Subscription and Payment

Pricing details will be communicated separately during the early access period. Clear terms will be presented and your approval obtained before transitioning to paid plans.

4. Data Ownership

Client data, diet plans, and content you upload to the platform belong to you. Clinova processes this data solely for service delivery and does not share or sell it to third parties.

5. Service Continuity and Changes

Platform features may change during the early access phase; new features may be added or some may be removed. Users will be notified before significant changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clinova does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or errors. Unexpected outages may occur due to the nature of beta-stage software. Clinical decisions should not be based solely on platform outputs.

7. Account Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated in case of a breach of these terms. You can submit an account closure request to info@clinova.com.
